Locating Your Product's Batch Number

The batch number helps us track product quality and ensure you receive the best support. It is always located on the care label attached to the plush toy or fabric item.

1. Locate the care label (usually a small, white tag) sewn into the seam of the plush toy, activity cube, or playmat.
2. Look for the sequence of letters and numbers preceded by "Batch", "Lot", or "P/N".
3. Example: The batch number will typically look like: LOT: LBF202511F.
