Return eligibility
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and with all packaging.
Not eligible: final sale items, used or worn items, damage from misuse, and requests beyond the return window.

- Find your order number.
- Decide the reason (wrong item, unwanted, defective, other).
- Contact us with both.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Processing time varies by bank, typically 3–10 business days after approval.
Return shipping
We will tell you whether a prepaid label is provided or whether you use your own carrier.
